the thing that makes shiny Pokémon so cool is that they are incredibly rare but they don’t offer any sort of Buffs inside of Pokémon battles but what if they did today my friend and I have randomized our starters in Pokemon scarlet and violet and we’ve upped the shiny odds a ton now it doesn’t mean that every Pokemon is going to be shiny but there’s going to be a bunch we’ll be able to turn around and see our starters but our opponent is going to blindly pick one for us if they pick a shiny star
