play-rounded-fill

polls have closed in Georgia one of the seven swing States we’ll be looking at tonight as they are the ones that are going to be determining who will win this election Donald Trump or kamla Harris most of those votes will be counted in the Atlanta metro area this is a big growing diverse area and it’s the reason why the state has swung from solidly Republican to competitive over the last few election Cycles so watch this area as the numbers come in we don’t know anything at this point but one thing we do know is the numbers we got from our exit polls these are interviews done with people who voted today probably the most striking finding is that three out of four voters think that American democracy is under threat only one out of four thinks that American democracy is safe there is one interesting finding from the exit polls in Georgia uh we found that 49% view Harris favorably compared to only 46% for Trump now we don’t know if that translates into vote totals it’s way too early for that stick around we’ll find out as the night continues
