how do you think about sort of the budgeting of new products we always like to keep some amount for continuing to develop and we have a very rigorous process not just through our annual operating plan but throughout the years we’re engaging um and making decisions on when we invest uh and Paul and I have a bi-weekly meeting that we spend an hour reviewing all the newest latest ideas that are coming out from the business we make some very hard decisions about yes no maybe later come back to us with more information we’re constantly seeing ideas from the business we’re constantly getting these things coming the door and we’re reviewing them talking to the teams and making decisions about what comes next but having that bi-weekly reoccurring pipeline basically ensure so the company knows and the business knows and all the verticals know that at any time if they have an idea they can get in front of us within a couple of weeks
