it’s been incredible to be racing together experiencing the Olympics together here in Paris and celebrating each other’s performances and you know she was watching me for my races and then I got to watch her win an Olympic gold medal and it’s just been the best week of my life ah it was amazing seeing my sister racing in the final and just screaming and cheering the whole way down and then at the end I jumped in cuz I was just overcome with excitement and emotion for her it’s so special being in France being in Paris these games were always going to be special for our family um you know we were born in maray in the south of France our family on my mom’s side is all French so there were a few of them in the crowd here and yeah bringing together our Aussie French cultures and celebrating that has been unbelievable the crowds were amazing lots of Aussies in the crowds actually here um so yeah the support has been unreal
