I’ve been photographing hip-hop since long before I was at AP so for me to be able to see Hip-Hop at a global event like this is is actually a dream come true I’ve actually looking forward to it once you’re in you can kind of assess the scene and pick which angles you want I was able to get near the stage but I was able to go up and do an overall picture too just for some variety what I’m looking for when I’m shooting breaking is kind of the same things as I look for when I’m shooting any hip-hop event I look at the performance of the actual dance moves and stuff too but like how they’re addressed the music that that’s played how they’re adapting to all of those things the style the people the crowd that surrounds it all of those things kind of come into play so for me it was just fun like you know it’s a it’s a fun tough assignment cuz it’s very hard to narrow those things down to the frames but I like it
