[Applause] so I so hard to become a because I’m seeing a lot of people they are dying during child birth and for delivery that is why I so that I can the life of the people dur deliv so one of the biggest challenges is that women face uh access problems to maternity care that might be that they have problems accessing money or needing to ask permission from male relative to be able to leave the house it might be that transport is difficult due to road conditions flooding not having money to pay for transport and then when they reach Health Facilities it might be that the facilities are not functional or they don’t have the staff or the equipment they need to give the care the women need as quickly as they need it
