I’m intrigued by those types of profiles so I think what I’ve always found is whatever interview I’ve done for a job it always comes up and it seems to be a little bit of a differentiator it’s a conversation to have um and I would say I do value uh even more so later in my career just the diversity of thought diversity of experiences because I do think it lends itself to a much better decision-making process the more voices you can get in there I’m not saying we should have too many voices in the room don’t get me wrong but the more um differentiated the voices that are in the room are you’re likely to have a better product you’re going to think of what could potentially go wrong you’re also going to think about potentially what could go even better right how do you maximize an opportunity uh so I think you you need a eclectic mix on a leadership team of different viewpoints uh different perspectives uh different technical expertise in order to get the best product on the field
