for my own mental health I love cuddling my dog it’s probably one of the best uh forms of therapy I’ve got a little uh golden his spanel and his name is Winston outside of that yeah know I’ve been very lucky to work work with some fantastic Sports psychologists and um just sort of finding ways to be able to slow down um particularly with with my head cuz it races at 100 miles an hour um and other little uh exercises I’d like to do even where I go for runs as well has has really been good for me but as one of the most important things I think looking after um your mental health and by being able to do that I always see that I can perform my best out on the court and then I’m also a lot happier outside of the Court too which I think’s first and foremost
