Three Outlook features that most people just don’t know. Number one. When scheduling a meeting, click into the start time box and here you can enter in natural language and Outlook figures out what it means. Number two. Over on the left-hand side, click on people, then click on new contact group. Here you could give it a name. You can click on this button to add people to your new group. Now when you compose a message, you can enter the to your group name and it’ll send an email out to everyone who’s part of this distribution group. And number three. Click on view, then view settings, then conditional formatting, click on add, and you can give it a name, then click on font. Here I’ll select red. Next let’s click on conditions and here I’ll enter this email address in. Now every time I receive an email from Patty, my boss, it’ll highlight it in Red, so I don’t miss it. So, how many of these did you know?
