Meet the man asking people what they do for their workouts 😝

my name is Mark langowski but a lot of people know me as body by Mark because I go up to strangers who are fit I ask people who are really fit what they do for their workouts I ask people who are really fit what they do for their workout I started doing this exactly one year ago I was walking around New York City like always and I’d see fit people but it wasn’t really appropriate to go up to a stranger and just ask them what they do to stay fit until I did it people liked it and people got inspired and people learned from it what a lot of people don’t know is I’m a personal trainer and I’ve own body by Mark the fitness company for over 20 years the first video that really went viral was early on and that was the UPS guy see two real man they don’t count and I’m walking around Soho and I turn and I see Carlos and I didn’t know his name was Carlos at the time but I see this guy swaggering towards me and I was blown away and I was actually upset after I recorded it because I said no way am I ever going to beat this video it’s really nerve-wracking when you go up to a random stranger and stick a camera in their face and comment on their body one year later of doing these videos my heart still starts to race when I go up to a random stranger because you never know how they’re going to [Music] react I’m being followed excuse me I asked people who are really fit what they do for their workouts and you are jacked let’s push out some dips that’s it 10 Rounds 20 set let’s find some more people not as glamorous as I make it look on uh Instagram I asked people who are really fit what they do for their workouts and you are jacked thank you I ask people who are really fit what they do for their workouts excuse me I ask people who are really fit what they do for their workouts and you’re jacked yeah do you mind telling me what you do for your workouts I’m on my way to SP right now is probably my better livs okay squats and dead livs thank you for stopping again it’s Body by Mark appreciate it thank you people try and over complicate Fitness and how to be fit and I think a lot of people they sign up for these apps and they read the all these different books and they’re on all these crazy diets because like they’re always thinking there’s some little trick that they’re missing and the reality is if you really listen to the videos people they lift weights three or four times a week they do a little bit of cardio nothing crazy they eat well they don’t drink that much alcohol they sleep well the nice side effect of this is like seeing people light up and seeing people so passionate because a lot of these people I interview they’re passionate about health and fitness even though it isn’t their career so they love being acknowledged for all the hard work they’re putting in in the gym and so that’s that’s pretty great to see
