today in my life is a college cheerleader Dame played IU at home for the first round of the playoff game and kickoff was at 8:00 p.m. since the game wasn’t until 8: we started the day with Nationals practice from 8:30 to 11:00 we had about 2 hours after practice to get ready eat lunch all the Jazz we’re heading to the jack at 2: p.m. for our meet time we had warmups for an hour and then headed to college game day at 3:30 game day sets up right on Library lawn so we got to look at Touchdown Jesus the whole time five we got dinner and then headed to two events first event was in the hockey arena and our second event was in the basketball arena we had about a 20-minute break after this and then got ready to go to step off step off we mingle I get to see my parents and then we do a little parade over to the stadium and shoulder sits towards the end of step off we do a little prayer before running into the stadium and then the band follows Us in while we do a little cheer the band is entered we run down the tunnel and we have about 5 minutes to take photos before sitting up for pregame which happens about 20 minutes before the game the band comes on and then we do a bunch of band dances and we run out onto the field to do rally which is the longer version of the victory march okay kick line the football team runs out and we do our team hugs which is where we go around everyone and we’re like you got it you’re going to do great it’s one of my favorite parts of game day scored right off the bat so we did Endzone T halftime coach always gets us Chick-fil-A and if it’s chilly she’ll get us hot chocolate too W weren’t sure if we get to do skills or not because it was about 25° with about 10 m per hour winds the atmosphere was so exciting that it was impossible to not jump around the whole time so I ended up like sweating the whole game I’m a senior so Notre Dame winning this game was the best way ever to go out I can’t wait to see all of you in New Orleans that’s it go Irish
