These are all of the best Excel shortcuts. Press ALT, Windows, CTRL and SHIFT and you can use Excel for free. CTRL, semi-colon to insert the current date. CTRL, 1 to open up the format cells dialog. CTRL and SHIFT and then one of these keys to quickly apply formatting. The dollar sign formats as currency, the percent as a percentage. F4 to toggle between relative and absolute references. ALT, equals to sum up a list of values. ALT, F1 to insert a basic chart. CTRL, SHIFT, L to toggle on or off filtering. CTRL, T to insert a table.
