we all came together to make her day special for me just being in the place that I grew up was yeah nothing could have Ted that it was an honor to First hear of her plans it was incredible I’ve always dreamed of getting married at the house and visualized it in my head from a budgetary point of view it seemed to make more sense as well when we built this house 20 years ago my wife and idena she uh and I both hoped that one day there would be opportunities like this to have those life experiences in this home I would keep saying it was a Father of the Bride experience but it [Music] was my dad is always in the yard he’s always got a blower in his hand he’s trimming he’s mowing he cannot stay still um so me and my siblings I feel like we’re always sending videos of my dad in the yard so we have so many in our phones these are such beautiful memories so put together that video had no idea it would have the response that it did but it was just so wholesome and genuine and I think that’s why people loved it and related to it when you know you’ve got company coming over you really get things done no more procrastination I started constructing lists prioritizing things we had to remove a water feature down by uh the swimming pool that we have uh we had to expand the size of the back grass area so that we could accommodate all the chairs for the ceremony uh obviously removing plantings putting new plantings in uh some lighting uh rearranging furniture storing Furniture it all kind of had to be done to be able to accommodate the crowds it worked out perfectly it couldn’t have been any better coincidentally next year we are celebrating our 40th anniversary so we’re thinking of throwing our 40th anniversary uh party here in the yard next year [Music]
