what is ejected from a volcano the
larger it is the less powerful the
eruption that’s why the big gray ashy
ones Ash is a very fine particulate
because there was so much power and
pressure built up in those volcanoes
that it pulverized the matter whereas
these kind of what we call Red volcanoes
they eject like larger chunks because
those chunks have not been like crushed
and pulverized by the pressure as much
as in a gray volcano so it’s a general
rule that the finer the matter that is
ejected from a volcano the more powerful
that eruption was
