Elephants: 1, camera trap: 0 #wildlifephotography 🎥 by Brent Stirton 💚

play-rounded-fill

elephants will come out of the Jungle
nosy at night they’re going to encounter
this novel object something they’ve
never seen before we have some infrared
camera traps set up here with three
flashes kind of a pain to work with not
something I normally do there’s a lot of
ants cheapest dancers don’t stop these
are the sensors now we just want to make
sure that these are seeing each other
do that there we go
so yeah hopefully this uh this all works
ironically the elephants were more
curious about the flashes
I don’t know exactly how they did this
but one of the elephants managed to turn
around one of the flashes so it faced
almost directly into the camera lens so
as a result I got some picks but there’s
a fair amount of Flesh coming into my
lens so chemo trapping and I think it’s
better for me to stick to Conventional
