I see you guys comment this all the time and I was thinking the other day and I was like is there anything I do that I just do all the time that I know is healthy for my hair isn’t like genetics cuz I know a big part of it I will say is my genetics cuz my entire family can grow like long hair we all have this hair texture so that’s definitely a big part and that’s not really something I can control but I switch around my shampoos and conditioners and I use different heat protectants but something I do all the time literally all the time every time I take a shower every time I wash my hair in particular I will use drinking water like I’ll warm up some drinking water and after I’m done washing my hair I will rinse my hair with the drinking water because it’s soft water and the water that’s usually in our showers even with the shower filters which I also use I just don’t think they really make the water that much better in my experience so um after been washing my hair I will rinse it with soft water water cuz the hard water deposits make your hair kind of coarse so maybe try that
