work is my unconventional therapy I go to work and I get emotional exercise I get to tell great stories and I get to feel I get to feel uh useful being in the company of animals we live on a ranch and have three horses and a miniature donkey and a dog we used to have more but as they die off we don’t always replace them because we don’t want to outlive our animals big long walks long long walks I was introduced to that a few years ago and it it has done a lot for me yeah listening to music working out taking a walk getting out of my house would be my thing cuz I want to be an introvert and stay at home sorry this is going to sound like such a Hollywood answer and I’m embarrassed I have gotten into this Sonic cold plunge craze it really relieves anxiety
