video
play-rounded-fill

Here’s how to make a pivot table in Excel. Let’s go. First, make sure your data is in a clean tabular format. Headers up on top and data down below. Next, click anywhere in your data. Go up to insert and click pivot table and bam, we’ve got a blank pivot table ready to go. Now on the right, you see fields. These are all your column headers. I’ll drag salesperson into rows and revenue into values. Boom, instant summary. Showing me which salesperson sold the most. To analyze your data with pivot tables, all you have to do is drag and drop. No formulas needed.
