Mom and daughter have the best workout routine 🤩

we have been working out together would you say since 1995 mom [Music] yes good great so I made her a personalized workout video cuz I would give her programs but then I thought I could put it all in a video and customize it to what she needed to do so I gave her a like a little rebok step and a few dumbbells and and I was lead you know the video and then gave it to her and she followed it you said you did it whenever you went golfing right yeah I I did it 5 days a week for quite a [Music] while whenever I would visit her in Florida I would give her a new workout program and she would ask me Jan I need a new workout program when you come and um you know with dumbbells bands like things she could do at home and working on posture and strength and exhale I think Mom’s active and she just knew the value of staying mobile and strong so she could continue with her activities like golf okay ready and stand as we age we lose Mobility as well as strength if you’re not working on maintaining your mobility and strength it is going to go backwards and and you know to be able to maintain your Independence and quality of life it’s just so important to have a Mobility routine have a strength routine you know these are things that you can do at home with minimal equipment uh in a short period of time no matter what your age is and no regardless of your level your Fitness level just you know it’s important to just start where you are and whatever Fitness level you’re at whatever ability you have and work with that it’s really about progress not Perfection we did it [Music]
