I think what the film does is its own dance and its own song and its own incantation and I think that uh people’s fears are are warranted but I think that the film has a a meditative quality that um lets one not compare to the book and take it as it is in its own medium which is I guess the best we can do never underestimate the audience and I think you know there’s something to be said that to making work that makes the audience think for lack of a better word and and maybe also the collaborative process that it is possible to have a collaboration across genres of making that feels in which the person who like originates the idea feels authorship but also everyone else does as well and it’s it’s a sort of shared communal process
