you know it’s part I said it I can’t remember how long ago it can at a at a press conference I went I’m going to put my weight behind a lot of women now in terms of directors to try and change the um the ratio and um this is all part of it you know how many women are in the um Festival across the across the the session I don’t know but several it’s increased and in competition yes in competition 1 2 3 4 five I think at least yeah so we’re we’re changing
