well I don’t treat them like babies I let them know that their um presence their professionalism their mind is just as important as any anybody else on this set I think that’s most important CU when I was younger I was a part of sometimes more shows than of the adults were and no one would listen to me because of my age so I really make sure to give them that space to have that communication and the company that I work for puts all of the funds into making sure that these kids are mentally safe um and physically safe on set and we have so many meetings as adults and um supervisors to make sure that this is a safe space not only for the child but also for the adult and that’s totally different than when I was growing up when I was growing up they would give you a physical and say good luck you know I mean so it wasn’t like this is totally different land I’m kind of jealous well done
