the forest Lagoon is only 21 months old
but it’s already on National Geographics
best of the World list for being a
wellness Oasis so there aren’t a lot of
forests in Iceland but this rare forest
in akeri a Charming little town in
Northern Iceland is home to a lagoon
where they combine hot water and the
forest to give people a really special
experience that’s all about immersing
yourself in the local landscape it only
took 14 months to create this special
place which makes it the newest Lagoon
in Iceland the pure warm water comes
straight from the ground which makes the
lagoons a really healthy experience and
when you first take a dip you really
feel your whole body and soul warm up
instantly it’s no wonder it was on
National Geographics best of the World
