and I was kind of just like oh I need this or else I’m not beautiful and it just like really made like this impact on my mind that I have to fit this or have this to be beautiful there was one that she was using which I was unaware of and it has retinol in it so that was part of her skincare routine at that point which when she started getting the blistering I was completely dumbfounded that this was packaged obviously in a way that a lot of kids are using these masks but that you could even get retinol in sheet masks the whole Trend and interest and Skin Care among younger populations does create this huge opportunity for collaboration and communication to have these Frank discussions of how we can be healthy for young children it’s more about sun protection as we get older thinking about cleansing moisturizing more regularly and then also sun protection I really focus on keeping it simple the younger we are I do think we all have individual beauty that does not need to come at the cost of very complex or expensive skincare regimens
