within the last 6 months two restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area including Breaking Dawn here in Los Gatos have opened offering the concept of Asian brunch the fact that there are already many other Asian-American restaurant owners in this region who have that concept shows it’s growing popularity here and in other major cities what is Asian brunch I think Asian brunch is more like Asian fusion so combining like classic brunch meals such as like waffles like pancakes stuff like that but adding twist into it like certain flavors like U and Pand and whatnot so brunch is still like very American westernized so Asian brunch to me is just adding Asian flavors and notes to that and maybe even a bit of Asian culture many Asian-American restaurant owners say that the meal between breakfast and lunch is a sweet spot for many Asian-American Jers with their friends or with their parents restaurant owners also don’t mind being the introduction for people who haven’t been exposed to many Asian cuisines
