Stephen I want to say this I played 14 years and two of the saddest days of my life I had two coaches lose their job on my watch and it BR me because Dan Reed was my first head coach he was great enough to me to draft me but somehow he forgot to cut me and Ste and way Phillips was my second head coach and when I would see him after they got fired I would say I’m sorry Stephen A it bothers me to this day that if I had become the player that I later became and went to the hall of fame maybe I could have saved those guys’ jobs
