Ryan Williams is the best player in college football 25 and he’s not even 18 years old yet he legally cannot buy a lottery ticket get married move out of his parents’ house change his name take out a bank loan he can’t get drafted he can’t run for office he can’t vote he can’t serve on jury he can’t buy a pack of cigarettes but he can still smoke number two ranked Georgia in college football this is the most insane thing I’ve ever seen in college football when I saw the jokes about him being 17
