This bar decides if soldiers are tall enough to join the Indian army and even though the height requirement is only 5 ft tall this guy is just 1 inch too short so he desperately dropped on his hands and knees and started begging the officer to make an exception another soldier who was also rejected even joined in but their dreams of joining the army were completely crushed!
