so not too long ago this video went viral of a dog that was tied to a fence left to die right before hurricane Milton came barreling towards Florida luckily the dog was rescued by Florida State Troopers and police went to look for the absolute piece of human garbage who did this and boy do I have some good news they found him it could be better news though he only faces up to 5 years in prison something tells me and many others it should be more
