honestly I don’t feel that it has a particular badge above other work that I’ve made over the last 30 years um but it’s true it does occupy a space particularly at this point in history because yes I’ve been responding to your questions about dying but the idea of taking one’s own life and having the right to do so and having the support of a state to uh One’s Choice and one’s human rights that is a very live issue and it’s an issue that that’s being discussed in governments all over the world so yes you’re absolutely right it has a kind of currency in many ways a political currency absolutely but it’s not only about that it’s about um all are dying whether we’re taking our own lives or not
