video
play-rounded-fill

travel with me to experience the forest
Lagoon in Iceland located in the Tiny
Town of akeri the forest Lagoon is an
oasis of spars plunges lagoons and
wellness the Lagoon is built into the
rocks and the local landscape is
surrounded by a vast forest and The
Frigid Icelandic snow as I waited into
the water for the first time I instantly
relaxed I honestly felt like I was in a
cocoon of warmth the next morning my
host Edis dropped off a pair of
CrossCountry skis for me to commute back
to the forest Lagoon and I was given the
option to either go the entire way or
get picked up Halfway by a car I mean go
big or go home right I went the whole
way when I met eries she told me a
little bit more about the incredible
history of the forest Lagoon and how and
why it was made I can definitely see why
National Geographic added it to their
best of the World list thanks for coming
with me and watch more of my amazing
experience in Iceland over on the Nat
Geo YouTube channel
