US lets #Ukraine launch Western-made missiles into #Russia 😸

video
play-rounded-fill

well the US has after months of requests from Ukraine agreed to allow long-range missile strikes on Russian soil these would be Western made weapons known as Army tactical missile systems um we know they’d be used primarily in the far western region of Russia only to start that’s the region of kers where Ukraine troops are already fighting Russian forces on the ground so it be very limited in scope to begin with and at this point not a game changer for the broader conflict it is an escalation of the fighting that’s been happening in inside Russia itself and the use of more sophisticated Western made weapons in that fight uh but it comes of course at a point where Ukraine is seeking momentum on the ground inside its own country it’s on the back foot that’s especially important because we know that his allies are starting to talk very publicly about Ukraine getting itself in a position to negotiate in this war in the next few months you can expect the US government to continue pushing as much Aid as it can financial aid military aid towards Ukraine that’s ahead of a change in government in the US the incoming president Donald Trump has made it very clear he doesn’t support further Financial military aid for Ukraine in fact he will push quite quickly for some sort of truce in the fight you can expect Russia to continue pushing heavily on the ground to continue those gains they’re seeing inside Ukraine and to push hard on that conflict ahead of any kind of negotiation
