landmines haven’t been a popular tool especially on the Democratic side it’s another sign of why there is such urgency now to get that permission to use the long-range missiles by both the US and the UK so you can see on all fronts how the Biden Administration is trying to Trump proof policy Ukraine is at the top of that list the kremlin’s not going silent on this they announced this revision of their nuclear Doctrine to lower the threshold of the use of nuclear weapons they of course have announced some openness to talking about a cease fire with Trump and his team when he comes in so they’re kind of trying to jockey for position here obviously Trump coming into Power with this uh peace through strength Mantra his Focus turning toward conflicts like China and ending as he has said Ukraine and and Gaza conflicts North Korea has now sent troops to Ukraine there’s concern about how they might be used to Ukraine’s disadvantage there are a lot of reasons to look at how this war might be turning against Ukraine and for people like Joe Biden to try to push against that before he leaves office
