she noticed the dog had a weird lump sticking out from his neck but this is the one thing every dog owner should be afraid of because any day when you walk your dog this thing can randomly attach and build up right under your noses for days so the vet didn’t waste any time trying to get it out but she has to do very carefully because it’s so fragile that if it breaks off it could seriously infect the dog so she keeps pulling on it and it’s slowly starting to come loose
