These delicious turkey meatballs are packed with flavor and smothered in a creamy white garlic sauce. Perfect for a cozy dinner or meal prep! Here’s how to make them:

Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:

1 lb ground turkey (93% lean or higher recommended)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the White Garlic Sauce:

1/4 cup butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup dry white wine (such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Make the Meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. You should get approximately 24-30 meatballs, depending on size.
Cook the Meatballs:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the White Garlic Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the dry white wine and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to cook off.
Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine:
Return the cooked meatballs to the skillet with the white garlic sauce. Gently coat the meatballs in the sauce and let them simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Serve:
Serve the turkey meatballs with white garlic sauce over pasta, rice, or on their own. Garnish with additional parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired.
