Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
2 cups broccoli florets (steamed or frozen)
1 cup cooked rice (white, brown, or any variety you prefer)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or use a homemade version)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
1 tbsp butter (optional, for greasing the casserole dish)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the casserole dish by greasing it with butter or non-stick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, and cheddar cheese. Stir everything together until well mixed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
Top with extra cheese for a melty, golden crust. If you like a crunchy topping, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
