Ingredients:
1 (14 oz) package of coleslaw mix
1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
1/2 orange bell pepper, finely diced
3/4 cup mayonnaise (of superior quality)
1/3 cup premium sour cream
1 (13.75 oz) can of black beans, properly rinsed and drained
1 (13.75 oz) can of corn, adequately rinsed and drained
1/3 cup freshly minced cilantro
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 jalapeño, seeds meticulously removed and minced
1 package of taco seasoning
Instructions:
Prepare the Vegetables:
