4 garlic naans
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Naan:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the garlic naans on a baking sheet. If you like, you can lightly brush them with olive oil for extra flavor.
Assemble the Nachos:
Spread the butter chicken evenly over the naans.
If using, sprinkle the Monterey Jack cheese on top of the butter chicken.
