Ingredients:
2 ripe but firm bananas
1 tbsp coconut oil or melted butter
1 tbsp granulated sugar or coconut sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Prepare the Bananas:
Peel the bananas and slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch thick) to ensure they become crispy.
Coat the Banana Slices:
In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil (or melted butter), granulated sugar (or coconut sugar), and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
Add the banana slices to the bowl and gently toss them until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
Air Fry the Banana Chips:
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overlapping to allow for even cooking.
