Spice up your dinner with this delicious Cajun Salmon and Shrimp dish, drizzled with a rich garlic butter sauce! Perfect for a quick weeknight meal or a special occasion. Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:
For the Cajun Salmon and Shrimp:

2 salmon fillets
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
Instructions:
Prepare the Salmon and Shrimp:
In a bowl, toss the salmon fillets and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until well coated.
Cook the Salmon and Shrimp:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Carefully flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the lemon zest, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for an additional minute.
Serve:
Plate the Cajun salmon and shrimp, and drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the top. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
