Cheesy Enchilada Chili 🌶️
A delicious and comforting chili recipe with a cheesy twist that will warm you up on a chilly day. Perfect for sharing with friends or enjoying as a cozy meal at home!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tbsps taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 jar Tostitos Salsa Con Queso
- 1 can potato soup
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 1 can fire roasted diced green chilis
- 1 1/4 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup pinto beans or black beans
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain if needed.
2. Add taco seasoning and water, cook until water is absorbed.
3. Put taco meat in a Dutch oven or large pot.
4. Add the jar of salsa, can of soup, sour cream, and both broths stirring well until sour cream is melted in.
5. Add the diced chilis, corn and pinto beans or black beans. Stir well.
6. Bring to a boil to heat well, then reduce heat and serve or simmer until ready to eat stirring often.
Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos. Add jalapeños to your bowl for an extra kick! Enjoy!
